The fine fellows at Nisus Software have let their newsletter subscribers know of Mountain Lion updates across their software lineup. I’m a Nisus Software Newsletter subscriber, so I’d like to let the rest of you know, too. Nisus Writer Pro, Nisus Writer Express and Nisus Thesaurus are all now Gatekeeper signed, sealed and delivered.
Signed using an Apple Developer ID, so it runs under Gatekeeper (OSX 10.8).
Improved hyphenation for many non-English languages (including Danish, French, German, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, and more).
Fixed: Splash screen can incorrectly stay visible after Nisus Writer Express finishes launching.
Faster subsequent launches.
Fixed: A variety of issues when making a PDF/printout.
Nisus Writer Express can be purchased from the Nisus store for $49, with upgrades running $30.
The only update for Nisus Thesaurus is that it’s now signed using an Apple Developer ID so it runs under Gatekeeper in Mountain Lion. The app is available now for free.
If you’d rather wait and get your updates or make your purchases through the Mac App Store, all three apps should be showing up within the next two weeks.
