A new report that aligns perfectly with previous September Apple iPhone launch rumors suggest that AT&T is prepping for a September iPhone launch. The report comes from Boy Genius Report, citing sources that AT&T has made a few changes and started to reschedule many of their training events in the third or fourth week of September due to an unknown “huge announcement.”

According to a trusted AT&T (T) source, the carrier is currently planning to launch Apple’s (AAPL) next-generation iPhone during the third or fourth week of September, with an all-hands-on-deck policy in place for employees that will extend through to the middle of October.

If previous launches are any indication, this particular rumor suggests Apple is formally making plans to unveil the next-generation iPhone that month.

BGR also mentions  vacation blackouts around that month of September, pointing to the unconfirmed September 12th product announcement from Apple. At that event, many expect for Apple to unveil their new iPhone along with an updated iPod touch with the rumored larger screen of the iPhone 5 and the mystical device many are calling the iPad Mini.
