Florida to get 15th Apple Store

The Saint Petersburg Times is reporting that Florida may soon be getting a new Apple Store. The new store is expected to be located in the new Shops at Wiregrass mall. The mall is currently in the building stage with a planned opening for August 2008. This would be the 15th retail location for Apple in Florida and the second in the Tampa area, with another not to far away in the International Mall in Tampa. Currently Apple is being shown as one of the tenants, however they developer would not confirm any deals at this time. They plan to announce the official lineup in September during the groundbreaking ceremony.
