Garageband is an intuitive application that lots of podcasters/musicians/movie makers utilize. MacWorld recently took a look at the new features introduced with iLife ’08 earlier this week and claimed that the application has been very well refined, if not revolutionary.
Some of the most notable new features include Magic Garageband (a way to create a “virtual band”), arrangements (which separate your work into verses/chorus), multiple takes, Visual EQ and musical notation printing. Garageband now supports 24-bit audio, bringing clearer and crisper sound.
iLife ’08 is available for purchase at an Apple retailer near you. What do you think of Garageband 4.0?
