LaCie pairs two of the fastest interfaces on their Rugged USB 3.0 Thunderbolt hard drive series by combining USB 3.0 and Thunderbolt to deliver maximum speed and universal connectivity.

The Rugged USB 3.0 Thunderbolt Series comes in both SSD and HD models and are bus-powered for complete mobility. The SSD model comes in 120 GB ($199.99) and 256 GB ($349.99) versions with transfer speeds of up to 320 MB/s. The HD model comes in a 1 TB ($249.99) version with transfer speeds of up to 110 MB/s, a 35% improvement over FireWire 800.
