You’ve been using apps for quite a while now, right? Rating them in the App Store? Maybe you’ve been tweeting about Apple news or defending your iPhone against those Android guys on Facebook? Well, why not get paid for it? AppleTell is continuing to grow, and we have some big goals ahead of us for 2013. We’d like for you to help us reach them.
We’re currently seeking new bloggers to contribute to the site on a regular basis. Specifically, we’re looking for writers to handle reviews of iOS apps and accessories, as well as Mac software and hardware. We’re also seeking to expand our Apple news coverage, and to increase our feature items, such as interviews, how-tos, opinion pieces, etc.
The great aspect of working for AppleTell is that, as part of the TechnologyTell sites, you get to bring your own voice to what you do. We may force you to learn the difference between “addictive” and “addicting” (hint, you never mean addicting) and you’ll come to know more about image resizing than you ever wanted to, but we also want to make sure you’re having fun keeping our readers informed about the Apple universe.
Perks include media access to the major expos and local press events, preview copies of Mac and iPhone/iPad games and apps, a chance to make a name for yourself across the Apple web, and, of course, some extra spending cash each month. Can’t justify spending the money on that iPad mini you want? Write about it, review some cases for it, and you’ll have it paid off in no time.
If you’re interested in being considered, contact me directly at tips (at) appletell.com. In the e-mail, tell me a little about yourself, your history with Apple products, and how you’d like to contribute. If you have links to some writing samples, include those as well.
Whether you’ve been an Apple user since the Mac SE or if your first Apple item is the iPad mini, and no matter where in the world you’re based, we’d love to add your voice to our site. Let’s hear what you have to say, okay?
