Its awesome graphics and challenging gameplay will carry you through despite the slow pace and absence of action sequences.

What is it?

Old Clockmaker’s Riddle is another match-3 puzzle game. What makes the game different is G5′s approach to providing special features and a compelling storyline that progresses as you finish puzzles. The objective of the game is to solve the mystery surrounding the fall of an old town.

As you finish the puzzles, you’ll soon solve the mystery and bring the old town back into life.

How does it work?

As a match-3 game, you need to match 3 gems of the same color to eliminate them from the board. Once you’ve cleared enough gems and scored the required points, you’ll move on to solve a special puzzle. This time around, the puzzle is more complicated and requires you to plan your every move. In this puzzle, you’ll be given specific number of moves to solve it.

And I’m telling you right now, this part is very difficult to crack and will take you several tries before you succeed.

Is it contagious?

If you’re a fan of match-3 games, you will certainly find this game pretty addictive. The compelling storyline is a bonus that adds some depth into the game. Likewise, the special puzzles put an extra degree of difficulty in the game and will challenge your wits.
