This week on the Free Apps Roundup: It’s the day after V-Day, and you’re likely to have either spent more than you wanted to or are heartbroken that you had to spend the day alone. Either way, some new apps might helps soothe the pain, right? If you’re looking for a new calendar app to connect all of the available data to your appointments, try Tempo. You can now explore projects on Kickstarter with the new official app. Or, just battle in breathtaking graphics with Infinity Blade. It’s won tons of awards and it’s Apple’s App of the Week.

The Top Three Free iOS Apps:

  • Tempo Smart Calendar – It’s like having your own personal assistant prepare you for what’s next. It’s an intelligent calendar that connects meetings and events to emails, contacts and locations. Don’t bother yourself with simple tasks like finding a meeting agenda or someone’s phone number, let Tempo do it for you.
  • Kickstarter – It’s the new way to fund and follow creative projects and now you can do it straight from your iPhone. You can use that money burning a hole in your pocket to help fund everything from films, games, and music to art, design and technology. The app helps you discover new projects, watch videos, see updates from projects, and more.
  • Infinity Blade – Apple picked another great game to make free as the App of the Week. It won the 2011 Apple Design Award and many more awards. It uses the Unreal Engine 3 to take handheld gaming to new heights with gorgeous visuals, adrenaline-fueled battles and advanced character progression in a fully 3D castle realm. Journey to the Dark Citadel to battle the God King’s Titans one by one until you face the tyrant himself.

Free iOS Apps:

  • Crazy Ox – You are an ox who is, well, crazy. So you race to who knows where while jumping over obstacles, horning chickens, pigs and barrels that get in your way, and collecting hourglasses to increase the clock. Oh, and you can eat chili, which apparently causes you to run faster. Maybe it’s not the ox that’s crazy…
  • Pokemon TV – Admit it, you love Pokemon. Now you can watch amazing Pokemon animated adventures staring Ash, Pikachu, and all of their friends.

iOS Apps Free for a Limited Time:

  • Camera C64 – Why take full color images when you can take pictures in 16 colors? This app remembers the 80s and wants to help you see what everything looked like back then. It’s great.
  • Echograph – Take your photography to the next level: animated loops. You take a burst of video, select a short section of it, then apply a mask to create a cinemagraph.
  • Can’t Stop – Featuring a push-your-luck dice mechanic, this classic game pits up to four players in a race for the top. You roll four dice to make pairs, but if you fail to advance, you lose all of your progress.
  • Love-Mosaic – Yet another camera app. This once creates romantic moments by putting photos together into a heart.
  • runtastic Heart Rate PRO – Turn your iPhone into your personal heart rate monitor. It uses the camera and LED on your iPhone to measure your heart rate and tracks it too.
  • Notify – Here’s another list making app that makes it easy to access directions and maps, phone numbers and open URLs straight from a list.
  • Uber Racer 3D – Sandstorm – Break free from the single race track and race against other fearless warriors for the last drops of oil in this highly detailed 3D racing game.
  • Luna Bears – Help a tiny hero battle past ghosts, unleash fantastic powers, and navigate tricky planets in search of the helplessly adorable teddy bear in this one touch addictive arcade game.
  • Chasing Moonlight – Guide yourself through a dark world avoiding a series of every increasing challenges in over 70 levels.
