So, along with the Juice Pack Helium for the iPhone 5, Mophie is releasing another battery juice extender for the iPhone: the more popular Mophie Juice Pack Air. The Juice Pack Helium may have been announced first, but that doesn’t mean it has better features than the Juice Pack Air. In fact, if battery capacity is what you’re after, the Juice Pack Air has the better end with its 1,700 mAh, as compared with the Juice Pack Helium’s 1,500 mAh capacity.
The only letdown perhaps of the Mophie Juice Pack Air is the fact that it’s not as light and as thin as the Juice Pack Helium. The Mophie Juice Pack Air measures 2.60 x 5.54 x 0.63 inches, while the Juice Pack Helium measures 2.49 x 5.49 x 0.59 inches. The Juice Pack Air is heavier at 2.68 oz. as compared with the Juice Pack Helium’s weight of 2.44 oz.
If size doesn’t bother you and you prefer a longer battery life, then the Mophie Juice Pack Air is yours to have for only $99.95.
You can grab the Juice Pack Air for iPhone 5 from Mophie’s website.
