Optrix announces XD5 action camera mount for iPhone 5

Optrix has just announced the XD5, a rugged camera mount case for the iPhone 5. The case, which integrates a 175 degree lens, is drop-proof and waterproof to 15 feet, and has a membranous screen that lets you use the iPhone without taking it out of the case.
The XD5 is thinner and lighter than the XD4 case (and hey! It’s one number higher, so you know it’s better!), and also comes with a bracket for mounting the case on a helmet or handlebars to record your action-packed life of skydiving, motorcross, or simply waiting for the UPS driver to arrive.
The case retails for $129.95 and is available now from the Optrix website and from retail stores like Apple and Best Buy.
