Apple will unveil the iPhone 5S in a couple of weeks, and various rumors suggest there will be a new addition to the classical black and white iPhone: gold/champagne color iPhone. The rumor is backed up by many trusted publications and market watchers. Earlier today, the folks at AppAdvice managed to get their hands-on some high quality photos of what they claim is the gold iPhone 5S.
As we’ve seen in previous leaks, the appearance and design of the iPhone 5S is similar to iPhone 5. If you take a closer look at the images, you will notice the hole near the camera is larger, which points towards the possibility of the rumored dual-LED flash. The images also show us the internals that feature the same gold color inside the housing, along with the SIM tray, volume rockers, power button and the silent switch as well.
Apple is expected to unveil the device on September 10th in black, white and gold, with availability around September 20th. Rumors also suggest there will be a 128GB iPhone 5S, as well. In addition, Apple will also introduce a low-cost model of the current iPhone 5 featuring the same specifications as the current iPhone 5, but with a different appearance.
You can check out the photos of the alleged iPhone 5S in gold color below.
Let me remind you that although the photos appear genuine, we cannot confirm them until Apple unveils the devices next month. So, let’s just take these rumors with a grain of salt and hope for the best.
