Apple October 22nd media event officially announced

In line with rumors from earlier this month, an Apple October 22nd media event has been announced. The event will be held at the Yerba Buena Arts Center in San Francisco, and will begin at 10:00am Pacific Time/ 1:00pm Eastern Time. Apple is expected to introduce a new line-up of iPads, including the second generation iPad mini as well as the fifth generation iPad. The company is also expected to demo OS X Mavericks and the redesigned Mac Pro.

The invite carries the tagline “We still have a lot to cover.” with a design of multi-colored stems branching out above the Apple logo. This may imply Apple is creating products that have similar features, but will cover more than one product during the event.

Stay with AppleTell as we find out more information about the event, and be sure to join us October 22nd for full coverage.
