screen480x480-1This week on the Free Apps Roundup: Are you bored? If you like games, that’s not going to last long because there are a ton of great games to download this week. First up is Mega Dead Pixel. The main character of this game is a single pixel that just can’t touch anything while falling endlessly. Paint it Back sounds a lot like an art game, and it is, but it’s secretly a logic puzzle game. What you’re probably excited about, though, is Batman: Arkham Origins. Do you have what it takes to wear the cowl? Can you take down Gotham’s most dangerous citizens? All this and more lies waiting for you on this week’s list.

The Top Three Free Apps:

  • Mega Dead Pixel – Here’s the world’s first addictive arcade retro pixel endless faller. Talk about specific! The name of the game is “no touching.” You are a pixel that can’t touch anything, especially retro shapes. Essentially, you are falling endlessly in hopes of transforming into the almighty Mega Pixel.
  • Paint it Back – The art at the gallery has disappeared. Can you remember what it looks like to paint it back? Yes, it sounds like this is going to be an art based game, but it relies heavily on Logic. It’s actually a puzzle game similar to nomograms, picos, paint by numbers, and griddlers.
  • Batman: Arkham Origins – Prove your worth as Gotham’s Dark Knight when you face-off against a slew of ruthless assassins and their thugs. You’ll be playing as Batman in his early years as you fight your way through Gotham City’s most dangerous locales in this free-to-play brawler. Along the way, you’ll unlock 15+ alternate Batsuits and more than 250 upgrades to skills and stances.
