It seems like Apple is increasing its global presence (not like it doesn’t already have one). According to The Register, the firm is beginning to recruit staff for its first store located at George Street in Sydney, Australia. If you head over to Apple’s jobs list online, you’ll be able to find positions for Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Cashiers, Mac Geniuses, etc.
The firm is also looking to expand its retail chain in the UK; there are jobs at various locations including Exeter, Milton and Glasgow. Expanding worldwide will simply boost market share and reduce other “authorized retailers”, who usually don’t come close to the experience of an Apple store. Apple currently operates more than 150 stores in the US, UK, Canada, Rome and Japan.
