Apparently the iPhone has been unlocked via a hardware modification. Sadly, the only proof of this is a video posted to YouTube. The video shows the modder giving out thank you’s, reading a speech he obviously wrote down on paper, and him showing his replaced provider JPEG on his iPhone (which means no proof yet). He then makes a phone call, and takes out a T-Mobile SIM.
Although it is possible that it’s been hacked, this is no true confirmation (he could’ve switched the SIMs when violently ripping the SIM tray out of his iPhone). The modder says that the hardware hack will be released in a week, and that they might have a software hack by then, so hopefully all of these JesusPhones will finally be unlockable.
