If you use iChat, and really who doesn’t on a Mac? You should check out the latest 2.0 version of iGlasses. Designed to work with the iSight for both talking and video it has a “a whole kit bag of adjustments, colorizations, exposure controls and pan/zoom options.”
$9.95 or a free upgrade to existing users, it is particularly good in my experience for adjusting the brightness and having a bit of fun. And if you have a low resolution screen, or odd colors, the black & white setting sharpens things up very nicely.
