I'd rather just connect an iPod to my computer and use Senuti to get the songs off of it instead of having to deal with using it as a drive.
I have just a new I Pod(120 GB) and i want to transfer the songs of my old I Pod to the new I Pod that i have got. I have a I Tunes 8 and i work on a Apple Laptop. Please suggest me a way out.
I had the same issue. I had more songs on my iPod then I did on my computer, and I didn't want to lose those songs when I got my new iPod. I did some research, and found that <a href="Senutihttp://www.fadingred.org/senuti/">Senuti</a> was the way to go. Senuti is merely a program that lets you transfer songs from your iPod to your Computer, thus keeping all songs in a transfer. I've found it to be totally safe, and am quite satisfied with the program so far.
