Have you always wanted a chunk of an Apple Store for your very own? If so, you’re in luck! Thanks to eBay user ride2cure, you can now bid on part of the sign that hung on Apple’s largest flagship store on Boylston Street in Boston. Currently at $129.99 with six bids, the description says, “This key part of the Apple GREEN MONSTER sign was lovingly rescued from the dumpster… carefully pulled apart from it’s sticky self, and backed on light paper. The piece is about 3′ by about 8′, and easily rolls up.” Better yet, this generous eBay user is donating all the proceeds to a foundation to help cure Parkinson’s disease, so you’re money will go to a great cause.
Talk about devotion, this was not only a great idea, but a very determined Apple fan. Hopefully all this publicity he’s getting will help raise the price for the Apple collectible therefore getting a lot of money for the Parkinson’s foundation. This sign chunk would be great to hang on a wall to show your Apple pride, and I’m sure it would make all your Apple loving friends jealous! So go on, bid, raise money for a great cause, and show your pride!
