O2 offering free iPhones with certain plans

O2 store That’s what we like to hear. For those of you who are really cheap and think that $199 is still too much for an 8GB iPhone, and if you live in the UK, you’re in luck. When you purchase certain calling plans for the 3G iPhone, O2 will be giving you your iPhone for free. Yes, you heard me correctly, for free! Zip. Zero. Nada. The rumors started from dropped hints from O2′s parent company were confirmed the other day. Along with free iPhones with certain plans, there will be a pay-as-you-go option.

God save the Queen, and here I come; I’m moving to England just for this.
