Make your Blackberry more like a Mac

PocketMac has introduced a way for you to turn that BlackBerry into something you have always wanted, “…one that looks and feels like a Mac.” At the slim price of $9.95 for each MacTheme, they have support for 34 different BlackBerry models. The themes feature a whole set of Mac-like icons that make your device look somewhat like a cheap version of an iPhone. The backgrounds consist of the aqua blue one that comes with a fresh Tiger install.

If you ask me, the best way to get that Mac feeling on your phone would be to get in line for an iPhone this July 11th. However, if $199 isn’t exactly in your price range, this may be a better choice. Even if they don’t support your exact model, you can submit a request to them. Terence Goggin, CTO of Information Appliance Associates, says, “There are so many, many Mac fans who have BlackBerry handsets that will love looking at their BlackBerry even more.” Let’s hope so!
