  • Artlandia has released Artlandia LivePresets, a new Adobe Illustrator plug-in that lets the user interactively edit multiple art objects from a single source. LivePresets builds on two very basic classes of Illustrator objects—symbols and pattern swatches—that are designed as static objects, and makes them both editable dynamically. The plug-in provides significant productivity enhancements and is an essential tool for every Illustrator user.
  • Phantom Fish today announced the release of Byline, an RSS news reader and offline browser for iPhone and iPod Touch. Byline presents the latest news items from feeds subscribed to in Google Reader. Even when no internet connection is available, Byline offers instant offline access to complete web pages.
  • Ergonis Software today announced the release of Typinator 3.1, the latest version of its highly acclaimed tool for auto-typing text and auto-correcting typos system-wide across all Mac OS X applications. The new version integrates the recently released HTML snippets set. Typinator 3.1 also improves compatibility Coda, VMWare Fusion, Butler, Zend Studio, and others. The menu bar icon has been redesigned to better match the style of Apple’s menu extras, and can also be turned off.
  • Jumsoft has announced the release of Stationery Pack for Apple’s Mail program, including 50 high-quality and exclusive design options for every occasion. Categories include “Family,” “Congratulations,” “Invitations,” “Emotions,” “Vacations,” “Seasons,” and “Neutral.”
  • WorldSync, Inc. has announced its FileMaker Developer Conference Show Special with a 20% discount available on all orders for attendees and non-attendees alike. The 20% FileMaker Developer Conference Show Special discount is valid on any order made directly from WorldSync, Inc., including SyncDeK and fmDataGuard.   • RingtoneFeeder has announced a free tribute ringtone named “Worldwide hello” to mark the release of the new iPhone 3G, and to take the opportunity to send a friendly native “hello” from RingtoneFeeder to the many new countries finally getting the iPhone. There is also a free demo feed available, so the service can be tried out with no obligation. The free feed contains a few sample ringtones as well as an introduction video and a PDF guide to managing ringtones via iTunes.
  • Keep your iPhone and Bluetooth ear piece together with the SFBags’ new iPhone Suede Jacket. The stretchy, mesh pocket on the Suede Jacket is large enough to securely hold most mid to small Bluetooth ear pieces, and is plenty large enough for ear buds. When it’s empty, it lies flat against the Suede Jacket and you hardly notice it’s there.
