On August 22nd, the second major rollout of the iPhone 3G is scheduled to take place. This means countries that missed the July release of the iPhone 3G will finally be able to get their hands (legally) on Apple’s product of the moment, albeit at some apparently crazy prices. After that, 28 additional countries are set to receive the iPhone by the end of 2008. But what does this all mean? Who’s getting the iPhone when, and who will be the carrier for each country?
The good folks at MacBlogz have set up a map to help you figure this all out. Head on over to find the country in question, then just click on the marker to find out who the carrier will be and to link to Apple’s website with details on that specific country (in said country’s native language, of course).
