CS4 likely will not be available on September 23rd, but simply announced. Adobe will discuss when we can get our hands on the next generation of the Creativity Suite, though you can expect it to drop before the end of 2008, according to the common rumor. I’m pretty excited, because I think I’ll finally be taking the plunge and buying CS4. I’ve used Pixelmator for some time now, and love it, but I’d really like to use the full power of Photoshop.
Adobe will be broadcasting the unveiling online for those who are extra excited about this news.
Ah, I never manage to get much sleep anyway.
If you just can’t wait for the full version of CS4, check out Adobe Labs. They have made beta versions of Dreamweaver, Fireworks, and Soundbooth available. It’s just something to hold you over until September 23rd.
