That’s right, and I won’t taint the information in any way. Here’s the quote direct from Robert Scoble:
I’m in Palo Alto. Just had yogurt at shop that Steve Jobs eats at frequently. They said he was in a couple of days ago and is in great health.
It’s a little known fact that yogurt shop workers are both incredible judges of health and incapable of making things up.
All joking on my part aside, I think the rumors of Jobs’ rapidly declining health are wrong. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised to see Jobs make an appearance at Schiller’s keynote next week to do some push-ups on stage and perhaps walk briskly around the crowd to demonstrate his health.
As much as I love Jobs and what he’s done with Apple, he isn’t Apple. Apple is a lot more than just Jobs, and even if he were to leave, for any reason, there are still a lot of great people making great products. I think maybe it’s time that we leave Steve and his health alone.

I think Steve Jobs is planning to retire but he isn't dying. Most likely the cancer scare gave him a new perspective, so he's reevaluating his life and focusing on what's important. Both Dave Winer & Om Malik posted in their blog about how their heart attacks changed their life. i think the same thing is going on with Steve.
Did the yogurt people give him the "fat free" (*wink wink*) yogurt? Maybe they could sprinkle some cheese fries on the top to help ol' Steve look a little less like a hostage.
Randy Pausch (the last lecture) also did push ups on stage but he died too.
