Personally, I think if you’re going to bring a racing game to the iPhone that’s based on a movie, you should go with Six Pack starring Kenny Rogers, Diane Lane and Wilma from Buck Rogers.

Anyway, Freeverse made what’s likely the wiser choice by bringing us Paramount’s Days of Thunder, full of “Explosions, twisted metal and enemies …” because a stock car racing game without explosions and enemies is…well…turning left.
Days of Thunder will be released for iPhone and iPod touch very soon.
