Free Apps roundup for May 22nd, 2009It was another great yet relatively quiet week on the app store. This time I have a few really useful apps; one that syncs your RSS feeds between devices and one that lets you store and view files on your device. So check out the list and download some freebies already will ya?

  • RSS Flash g free – RSS is great, but it’s useless if you have to keep seeing the same stories over and over again. That’s where G Reader can help, by keeping track of your feeds no matter what you are reading them on. This app is ad supported, but it still has a number of great features, like offline browsing and a built in browser. Lose the headaches involved with RSS feeds and let Google make it all better.
  • DOCUMENTS 2 FREE – IN HONOR OF THE TITLE OF THIS APP, I THOUGHT IT APPROPRIATE TO SCREAM THIS ENTIRE DESCRIPTION. EVEN STILL, THIS APP IS AMONG THE BEST FOR STORING AND VIEWING DOCUMENTS. IF YOU HAVEN’T PAID FOR ONE YET, TRY THIS.
  • BURGER KING NOW: PHONE ORDERING – HEY, LOOK, ANOTHER TITLE THAT NEEDS TO BE SCREAMED! THIS ONE IS AWESOME. IF FAST FOOD ISN’T FAST ENOUGH FOR YOU, DOWNLOAD THE BURGER KING APP HERE AND PREORDER YOUR FOOD BEFORE ARRIVING AT SAID BK. YOU PAY THROUGH THE APP, SO WHEN YOU GET THERE, IT’S READY FOR YOU, AND LIKELY ALREADY COLD.
  • Snake XT Lite – It’s that same old snake game we’ve all been playing for years, only with better graphics. It’s pretty fun; download it.
  • SoundLevel Free – Check the sound levels around you using the mic on your iPhone. Not sure how useful this will be to all, but I’m sure one of you will appreciate this. Of course, you could always use this against your children that love to make a racket.
  • SimplyTweet Lite Twitter Client – We all have Twitter accounts, and darn it, you should, too. You could always use the web interface, but all the cool kids have apps for tweeting. If you’re cheap, and I bet you are, you could do worse than this.
  • Art of War Lite – The key to business success is obviously some wisdom that is centuries old and ambiguous. Nevertheless, who doesn’t love Art of War advice?
