We’ve been speculating for a few days now on what sort of Apple Store Black Friday sales event we’d see, and it’s now been officially unveiled. First, you get free shipping on any order over $50, which brings Apple in line with other online retailers (still have to pay taxes, though). Apple’s also offering free engraving on all new iPods. Beyond that, pretty much everything’s on sale, from the iMac and MacBook Pro to the iPod, Apple TV and iWork.
Notable discounts include:
Not everything is on sale, though. You’ll still pay $79.00 for iLife and $249.00 for the iPod classic, but Apple is honoring the sales from certain software companies (Office 2008 for Mac – Home and Student Edition is only $98.00, on sale from the standard $149.95). The sale extends to laptop bags, games, iPod accessories, speakers and headphones, and plenty more.
To see all the deals, head on over to the One-Day Apple Shopping Event page or visit you nearest Apple retail store.
