Give to charity with your next Apple purchase

Just because Black Friday is behind us, it doesn’t mean the deals are gone too. If you missed out, you’ll want to check out this weeks Cyber Monday deals. If you’re feeling in a giving mood, how about supporting your favorite charity, while buying your holiday shopping?
To put things simply, there’s a great little website that goes by the name of GoodShop. What’s it for, you ask? Well, GoodShop gives you a list of over 1,000 participating stores and lists all the discount coupons and deals available at the time. What’s more, up to 30% of every purchase you make through GoodShop will go to your favorite cause.
Apple is participating in GoodShop, with deals allowing you to save up to $100 on a new Mac with a printer and free ground shipping on orders worth $50 or more for the rest of December. What’s more, a mere 1% of each purchase will go to your favorite charity if you buy through GoodShop. It’s not a huge amount, but hey, it’s something.
You might end up not saving all that much, but just to know that you gave to charity while buying your holiday gifts would be enough to make me use GoodShop. If I can save money in the process, then it’s an obvious choice.
