When it comes to iPhone cases, there’s really no shortage of options. Whatever style of case you’re looking for, there’s likely to be a perfect match. One of the companies you may take a look at while on your quest to find your perfect case would probably be Proporta. With their slogan “everything covered,” these guys know how to keep your iPhone protected and appropriately styled. So, to save you the trouble, we’ve reviewed four great cases from Proporta, with three being for different types of people.

Impact Protective Crystal Case

If you had an iPhone case for different outfits, this one would be your everyday choice. The Impact Protective Crystal case offers a great amount of protection while still keeping the general design of your iPhone intact. Sure, it adds a little bulk to the device, and the Apple logo is removed, but that’s a small price to pay for the comfort in knowing that your phone stands a significantly higher chance of surviving a drop than if you hadn’t been using the case. The back of the case is made from a soft-touch coated polycarbonate, with feels great to the touch and adds enough friction to keep the device in place on a slanted surface. To add to its list of features, it’s also shock-proof and shatterproof, so you really are covered with this case (please, excuse the pun). Your iPhone fits snuggly into the case, and there’s no functionality lost—even the light and proximity sensors still work as normal.

Once the case is on, it’s made to stay on. This is great during the day, of course, but when you want to dock the device, you’ll need to remove the case. This isn’t the easiest thing in the world, but with some careful finger-nail control, the case will clip off fairly comfortably. Some people aren’t a fan of the clear plastic surrounding the screen. Personally, I’m still undecided, as I prefer the face of my iPhone to stay un-touched, but realize that it’s offering valuable protection. If you’re looking for a case that will look after your iPhone, whilst keeping most of your phone’s good looks, this may be a great option for you.

Soft Feel Silicone Case (also with SteriTouch)

Following the outfit theme, this case may be best suited to your jeans pocket at the weekend. It’s not going to offer the same level of protection as the Impact Protective Crystal case, but it will protect against scratches, dirt and small impacts. The Soft Feel Silicone case does however, take over from where the Impact Protective Crystal case fell down in terms of style.

The case itself is black, but with the inside and around the camera and volume buttons, you can pick from three colors; green, gray or pink. The naming of the case is certainly accurate too; it feels great in your hand, and again offers enough friction to keep it in place on an inclined surface.

This style of case comes in two variations. The first is the standard Soft Feel Silicone case. The second, Antimicrobial Silicone Case with SteriTouch.

It’s now believed that the average mobile phone is home to more bacteria than the average toilet seat or door handle. Whether you chose to believe it, is up to you, but the Antimicrobial Silicone Case with SteriTouch aims to offer a cleaner iPhone case solution. The antimicrobial layer is designed to guard against germs and bacteria from residing on your device, which results in a cleaner phone.

From a visual aspect, there’s no difference between the Soft Feel Silicone case with or without the added SteriTouch, and since they’re both the same price, at $20.95, if this is your preferred case, you’d be better going for the SteriTouch model. Well, why wouldn’t you?

Aluminum Lined Leather Case (Limited Edition)

This case was made to appear from a suit jacket to send a tweet about arriving at an invite-only event. It would also work at a board meeting or while walking back to pick up your valet-parked car. What I’m trying to say is that this case is very well made, and is of a very high quality.

It’s made from real leather, built around a solid aluminum infrastructure that keeps your phone securely protected. For the most part, your iPhone is entirely protected. Three of the four corners are left open, but the device doesn’t show from outside the case. So, when it’s dropped, it should come to no harm. Thanks to the solid aluminum, your iPhone is held securely in place. The phone doesn’t fall out however hard you try to make it, and the little metal tab at the bottom of the case ensures it won’t fall out while you’re using it.

The aluminum-lined leather case has just the right amount of protection and style, and, in my eyes, offers an excellent solution for keeping your phone in its original condition. It does practically double the thickness of the iPhone, and adds a little more in terms of weight, but for a high-quality leather case, this is likely to be the best option. What’s more, the smell of real leather seems to last for quite a while, which to me is worth the price tag (of $42.95) on its own.
