Safari Home ButtonSo, you don’t have a home button in Safari for iPad. That’s not surprising, as none of us do with the default settings. But, as you’ve come to expect with the iPad, turning on and adding a home button to your bookmarks bar is a very simple process. Here’s how you can accomplish that in just a few quick steps.

  • Launch Settings and tap on Safari.
  • Under General, switch “Always Show Menu Bar” to On.
  • Launch Safari and navigate to your desired page.
  • Tap the plus sign. Name your link and select the desired folder for the bookmark (“Bookmarks Bar” for quick user interface access).

That is it. Instant home button for Mobile Safari
