If you’ve heard of the game “A Doodle Fly,” then you’ll know this game is certainly a parody on that. The idea of Doodle Evil Fly is to fly to the moon to eat moon rabbits using various tools such as evil rockets and hell cars.
What is it?
To begin the game, you choose an image of yourself from your phone. You can then crop and draw on that image to make an interesting doodle to use as your character. Then, for the gameplay, you choose an angle and velocity at which to launch your character to see how high and far you can get him or her.
How does it work?
After launching your character, he or she will run into various objects on the screen. As this happens, the character will be launched higher and farther until it eventually comes to a stop on the ground after loosing all the momentum. Statistics are created at the end of the game based on how high you went, how far you went, and how long you were in the air. Then, a monetary score is rewarded that can then be used to purchase upgrades.
Is it contagious?
This game is a little strange, and I don’t believe I could find it addictive. Sure, it’s fun for a little while, but there are some games that better serve this type of gameplay and don’t have as confusing an interface as Doodle Evil Fly.
