Rumor: Shrunken 6th gen iPad Nano coming soon?

Question: How do you know an Apple press event is on the horizon? Answer: The rumor mill goes crazy! On top of recent iTV and FaceTime rumors, AppleInsider now has reason to believe we’ll be seeing the 6th generation of the iPod Nano as well. What could Apple possibly do to that device this time do you ask? Make is more nano!
The new iPod Nano is rumored to have a 3cm by 3cm screen (the previous was about 3cm by 2.5cm), and, according to the pictures, it appears as if that’s all the device will be. With a screen on front (presumably touch or perhaps having the controls on the back), the device is basically a square with a screen on it and dock connector on the bottom.
