American Express giving away five free iTunes songs to card holders

If you have an American Express credit card, then you’re in luck. The company is currently offering a promotion in which all card holders can get five free songs of their choice from the iTunes store. The promotion came alongside the official launch of the iPhone 4 on Verizon and will be available until March 15th.

In order to take part in this promotion, card holders must register at the American Express web site in order to link their credit card to their iTunes account. From there, the first five song purchases made on that account are automatically refunded.

There are no restrictions on what songs you can get for free with this promotion, and your purchases along with the refunds for them will show up on the card holder’s regular statements. If you happen to have an American Express credit card, go register your card and enjoy your free songs!
