Late last week, Corel announced new photo software for iPhone, iPad and Mac users: Slingshot, a free photo-sharing app for iPhone; PostCard, a free app that turns photos into printed postcards; and QuickSort, a free Mac app that organizes photos and lets you link them to Facebook. We’d tell you more about it, but why do so when our friends at YourDigitalLife have already done the work?
“With Slingshot you can share images from the program to Facebook or email to pre-selected groups of family and friends. All the photos you take in Slingshot are backed up in a private Facebook album as well.”
“You can customize your card with your own text and it’s printed on heavy card stock and mailed within 24 hours of placing your order. There’s delivery tracking too, so you can be sure it got where it needed to go.”
“You can create customized keyboard shortcuts for controlling the program.”
In addition, Corel has released Beep Beep, another free app which turns the iPad into a virtual coloring book.
