Camera Plus Pro

Camera Plus Pro—one of my favorite camera apps for the iPhone and iPod touch—celebrated its 2nd birthday in the App Store this weekend by offering gifts to its users, especially those using the iPod touch and iPhone 3GS. These devices don’t have basic flash functionality, and Camera Plus Pro v4.3 looks to address this with its new live Soft Flash feature.

There are loads of iPod touch devices and there is still a good number of iPhone 3GS devices. A great number of photos still get shot through these cameras. But they miss the basic feature of flash. The anniversary version of Camera Plus Pro introduces a feature called “Soft Flash”. Now, the user can use the flash feature as it is being used by high-end devices – Live and real time.

The “Soft Flash” works brilliantly in low-lighting conditions and also provides a seamless experience to the user.

Other updates will bring more benefits to all Camera Plus Pro users:

  • Aspect ratio based photo cropping
  • Importing multiple photos from Camera Roll to Camera Plus Pro for real-time editing and applying photo filters
  • Font size change in the photo note or copyright text

And, of course unique features such as full resolution live filters for both photos and videos, smooth video-zoom, wireless transfer of photos and videos, custom tagging, locked photos and videos, and instant sharing on social media sites remain.

Camera Plus Pro is currently available for just $1.99 (33% off).
