With the launch of the iPhone inching closer, and closer, new information of its features among other things is flying left and right. With reports mentioning benchmarks, contracts and mysterious twelfth app, and ads, we are starting to get the whole picture of what the iPhone will offer. Not short of the previous things, MacRumors has got a hold of AT&T’s entire iPhone sales handbook, and posted scans. Interesting tidbits that Michael Rose from TUAW picked up on include:
No IM on the iPhone at launch, SMS only for text messaging
Simultaneous voice use and email/Web connections requires WiFi
Bookmarks in iPhone Safari will sync back to your computer
Weather & Stocks are the only Widgets mentioned in the training materials
Now there will probably be more features announced at the iPhone’s launch on June 29th, and who knows, maybe even tomorrow at WWDC. These little tidbits don’t reveal anything major, but do answer a few questions that have been asked about the iPhone since it was announced at Macworld.
