Image GrabberSometimes we find images on the web that are worth saving onto our iDevices, but doing so isn’t always so easy or even possible. Jailbreakers have the advantage of now being able to buy Image Grabber from the Cydia Store, a tweak by Nikos Lykousas which enables them to extract and save images from any image on any web site or in any PDF file.

With Image Grabber installed, the tap of a button (“Grab Images” in the top left corner) will bring up every single image displayed on a web page or within a PDF file and give you the ability to perform a number of actions from there, including saving said images into your Camera Roll. In order to do this, you’ll need to scroll to the top of the page in Safari to display the address bar and the “Grab Images” button. That will bring up Image Grabber’s interface, which displays displays four buttons: an “X” to close Image Grabber, arrows to navigate through all of the images, and an action button that lets you either save, copy, or email an image.

Image Grabber also has some settings that you can tweak to your liking, including the ability to enable and disable the tweak, the ability to search through an entire PDF file or only the current page for images, and the minimum image size to include in its results, among a few others.

Image Grabber is available for just $1.99 on the Cydia Store via the BigBoss repo.
