Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances

Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances is a browser-based, multiplayer online strategy game where players choose one of two playable factions: the Global Defense Initiative or the Nod. You harvest resources, build huge armies, and foster strategic alliances all in the pursuit of victory.

First, you build up your base, placing structures and upgrading the ones you have, and making sure your defense is strong enough to deter attackers. Since everything is built instantly, you don’t have to wait as in other browser strategy games. Then, you choose the composition of your army from infantry, tanks, and airplanes, and use them to attack enemy camps for resources. By deciding where and when to deploy your troops, victory is decided more by tactics than by simply having a bigger army. Since there are a lot of enemies, joining an alliance is a way to help other people and get help in return.

In the coming months, Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances will feature cloud-saved game data to make it accessible across web browsers and mobile devices. Players can play from their desktop at home, or on the go from their smartphone or tablet.

All you need is an HTML5 compatible browser (which should be all modern browsers), and then you can head on over to Command & Conquer Tiberium Alliances and play for free.
