In this digital age we live in, print media is certainly facing rapid decline, so it’s rare to see Apple ads in print. Nevertheless, MacDailyNews has spotted an iPhone ad on the back cover of the August 2007 edition of Details Magazine. The copy reads: “Touch is believing; the revolutionary new iPhone is now available at Apple and AT&T retail stores”.
Folks at Apple must think they’ve created the “God Phone” or “Jesus Phone” because the ad is reminiscence of Michelangelo’s paintings on the Sistine Chapel’s ceiling. The ad certainly looks like the hand of God giving life to Adam, where Adam is portrayed as the iPhone.
