Apple has released a new developer Beta for iOS 6 (build 10A5338d) merely three weeks after the previous update. While this beta doesn’t provide change logs of the new update, it appears to be mostly hinting at bug fixes. Registered iOS developers can now download the third iOS 6 beta directly from Software Update on their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch devices.
Along with the iOS 6 update, Apple has released developer betas for Xcode Developer Preview 3 and Apple TV Software beta 3.
Among the new features spotted in this new developer iOS 6 beta are changes within the setting menu to allow users to change volume of the navigation system, to set distances to display in miles or kilometers, and to configure maps label sizes to either “normal” or “large.”
iOS 6, due this fall, is Apple’s next major release of iOS, and will contain over 200 new features including a newly designed Apple maps, Siri improvements, Mail enhancements, and Facebook integration.
