Whether you’re looking for a game or two, beautifully formatted news apps or utilities, you’ll be happy with this list. First up is a great retro-styled tilting game called Sad Robot. Yeah, you’re going to want to download that one. Also, Yahoo! has a really pretty looking iPad news app. Livestand gives you the news you care about along with videos and pictures with style to boot.
Snooze app donates money every time you hit “snooze”
I personally don’t know anyone who enjoys waking up in the morning, myself included. When I set an alarm, I always find myself hitting the snooze button at least a few times before finally getting out of bed. What does an alarm clock have to do with Apple products? Not much, in this case. This is just an alarm clock, but with one fairly unique feature; it’s almost entirely voice activated. So, let’s say you’re getting a little to used to calling up your music by simply stating the name of the band and the song. Or maybe you use voice dialing on your iPhone pretty much every time you make a call. You can now carry that simplicity over to setting your alarm at night and waking up in the morning.
Appletell reviews iHome iP9 dual alarm clock radio
The iHome iP9 is a dual alarm clock radio and iPod speaker dock unit that does everything you’d expect based on that description. It will play your iPod’s music, the radio and auxiliary audio, and it will do all of this for you in the wee hours of the morning we love so very dearly. What really sets iP9 apart from its competitors is the level of detail and quality that iHome put into this product.
