Ambrosia embraces the iPad with four optimized games

One announcement that came in too late for that but still deserves mention is from Ambrosia Software, creator of some of the finer games and productivity tools for the Mac. They’ve announced that Aki Mahjong, Mondo Solitaire, Mondo Top 5 Solitaire, and Mr. Sudoku Apps for iPad are now available on the App Store. All these apps have been redesigned specifically for iPad.

I have played a Yes album cover; a Yes album cover with an Asia title. Playing Aquaria from Ambrosia Software was like jumping into the cover of Classic Yes and having myself a good swim, one that everyone should enjoy. I don’t care if you’re a hard core gamer or a casual gamer. I don’t care if you prefer action or adventure games, Aquaria has just about everything a gamer could want, and just enough of it to keep you going past the occasional boring and confusing bits.
EV Nova for Mac OS X updated to Universal Binary
Ambrosia Software, Inc. has announced today an update to its classic space-based strategy shooter, EV Nova. EV Nova 1.1.0 is a Universal Binary that runs natively on Intel Macs, and continues to work on any Mac running Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later. In addition to being a Universal Binary, it includes the obligatory bug fixes and enhancements, including compatibility with MacBook and MacBook Air systems with an Intel GMA X3100 video card.
Ambrosia software turns 15, gives you the presents
Ambrosia Software is celebrating its 15th anniversary with a holiday bundle sale that features a collection of six classic Ambrosia games: Apeiron, Redline, Bubble Trouble, Darwinia, Aki Mahjong, and SketchFighter. Individually, these games would retail for $123, but they’re going for only $19 from now until midnight, December 24th.
