Apple has updated their iPad App Store app to support the Genius feature you may be familiar with on iPhone or iPod touch. It’s designed to suggest other apps based on what you already have installed. The iPad version takes advantage of the extra screen space well. and even adds an extra feature: “iPad Upgrades.” It also helps you identify apps you have installed that were designed for iPhone, but that now have iPad specific versions.

Twitterific, from the Icon Factory, has been available for your desktop for almost as long as the social networking site Twitter itself has. Until now, iPhone users have had to either jailbreak their phones or use the web apps made for Twitter to feed their daily addiction. However, for those of you who have been waiting, Twitterific, with a native interface, is now available through the App Store.
