Apple issues warning to developers regarding manipulating App Store rankings
Browsing for ways to boost app sales/downloads will almost certainly bring you upon a service offering to increase your app’s ranking (such as, within the Top 25) for a fee. This is done through the use of scripts or bots that download an app over and over in order to increase its ranking. This is against Apple’s guidelines and could cause a developer to lose Apple Developer Program membership.
Venture Inside the World of Dinosaurs with Stephen Fry
Everyone loves dinosaurs, so it’s difficult to think of a way to make this subject more interesting than it already is, but M5859 Studios has somehow done it. They’ve announced an iPad app called Inside the World of Dinosaurs. It’s a comprehensive and fully interactive digital dinosaur encyclopedia that’s narrated by, wait for it, Stephen Fry. Investigate 3D models of 60 dinosaurs from Archeopteryx to Zuniceratops.

Shazam Player will stream the lyrics straight to your device, so you can finally know what Fall Out Boy is saying. In addition, Steam released their beta mobile app, and I found a number of great limited time freebies to keep your device brimming with apps.

Apple gives iTunes “Quick Look Preview” feature for iOS apps
Previously, if iTunes customers had a desired product in mind, they had to resort to clicking on multiple pages to get to that specific item. But now Apple has given iTunes a much-needed improvement that will certainly assist users in quickly finding apps and videos in the iTunes Store. This small makeover adds the ability for users to peruse the whole store in a “Quick View mode” which will let them purchase items without leaving the current page.
