Macworld has reported on a Forrester computer manufacturer customer satisfaction survey released Friday in which, “Apple not only topped the list, it blew away the competition.” The ratings were based on usefulness, ease of use and enjoyability, for all three of which I’d give Apple high marks. And whereas I’m not at all surprised Apple rated so highly, I am surprised by who brought up the rear: Dell.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index recorded its highest rating yet, and attached to it was the name Apple, Inc. Apple, with its score of 85, marks its fifth year of being first place among all other computer manufacturers.
