Is MobileMe worth it?
Just a few days ago, my MobileMe trial ran out and I was forced to hand over my card details once again to Apple. I haven’t thought about the service much throughout the time I’ve been using it, it’s just been part of my computing needs. But now with competitors such as Google offering a very similar service for free, you have to ask yourself whether MobileMe is worth it.
Apple releases MobileMe update details from September
A recent Apple support article details many of the MobileMe improvements made in the late September 2008 update. With a total of 27 improvements, some of them seem pretty important. NY Times’ David Poque reviews Apple’s MobileMe

Me.com e-mail adresses online
The first stage of the .Mac revamp is underway as some users are noticing that their .Mac addresses are now also working with MobileMe. To get your MobileMe e-mail address, simply take your existing e-mail address with @mac.com and change it to @me.com.
