According to AppleInsider’s sources, the iPhone 3G is expected to be available for purchase in Best Buy retail stores as early as next month. This would make Best Buy the first independent retailer of Apple’s highly popular touch screen device. With 970 stores expected to carry the device, Best Buy could help give the iPhone more »

iPhone Dev Team Updates Pwnage Tool already

Hot on the tail of the recent Pwnage 2.0 tool for the iPhone, the iPhone Dev Team has already updated their app to version 2.0.1. This version brings a couple of large fixes, but it isn’t necessary if the 2.0 version already worked with your iPhone. There are three different sites where you can download this version of the software, as the initial release caused several of the iPhone Dev Team’s servers to crash.

How to get the most out of your iPhone battery

Perhaps one of the biggest disappointments about the new iPhone 2.0 software is that all those apps can really take a toll on your battery life. With the iPhone being the central hub of my online life when I’m on the go, I really don’t want it dying on me in the middle of nowhere. I’ve searched the web and talked to friends about the best way to keep my battery power at its highest, and this post will outline what I came up with.

iPod Touch 2.0 software finally released

With all of the Apple iPhone news yesterday, and even the early software release for iPhones only, iPod Touch users were probably feeling pretty left out. However, cry in depression no more, my fellow Apple product users; the 2.0 software update has finally arrived for your devices via the iTunes Store. Although it’s a bit more »
