Graphics issues on the new MacBooks?

There are quite a few reports on the new MacBooks have some serious graphic issues. Apparently some users are experiencing a mysterious “black screen” just a few minutes into graphics intensive game play. Apparently this is affecting both the new MacBook and the new MacBook Pro. Keep in mind that I am not Jonathan Ives, but there could be several things or a combination thereof causing these issues.
