Boinx rolls out FotoMagico v3.6

From time to time, we at Appletell like to draw special attention to new products and updates. In my particular case, it tends to happen often with Boinx. This week, the company announced updates to its popular FotoMagico slideshow generator, including iMediaBrowser 2 integration, updated Flickr support and a consumer-friendly FotoMagico Remote price reduction to boot. I’ve been using the v3.6 beta for a month now, and I can say its certainly worth the download for current users. If you’ve never tried FotoMagico, now’s the time to check it out.

Appletell reviews FotoMagico 3 Pro for OS X

FotoMagico fills a very specific niche of people who need to do slide shows that are image or video-based, rather than communicating through text (like Powerpoint or Keynote). MacWorld 2010: Boinx unveils PhotoPresenter 4 and FotoMagico 3.1

Today at Macworld Expo, Boinx will be showing off their new versions of PhotoPresenter and FotoMagico. PhotoPresenter 4 is a theme-based photo viewer for creating stylish animated slideshows with photos, movies and music in just a few seconds. FotoMagico is Boinx’s award-winning storytelling software for digital photographers. Both now offer full compatibility with Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard.

Appletell reviews Toast 10 Titanium (standard and Pro)

Sometimes when I observe the desperate struggle for relevance, it makes me sad. How can you watch a recent Madonna video, the latest Jim Carrey movie, or anything having to do with the Microsoft Zune and not be sympathetic to their plight? Don’t we all eventually come to fear that our time in the sun has past? The answer to that, is no, because not everyone has trouble staying relevant. Case in point, Roxio, with their update to Toast 10 Titanium.
