If going to the shopping malls is not your favorite task during this holiday season, maybe Google made things a bit easier with Google Catalogs. A newly designed application for the iPad, Google offers their online catalog of hundreds of retailers molded together into one app. According to Google, the app will give consumers an easier way of experiencing online shopping from their comfortable couches, and it will feature more than 125 different retailers

After several months of waiting and being forced to use the Google Voice HTML web app, Google Voice users finally have something to smile about. Google Voice for iPhone is out and is now propagating on the App Store. If you have a Google Voice account you can start enjoying the many features of Google Voice on your iPhone. And what are these features? Cheap rates for international calls, free text messaging to U.S. numbers, voicemail transcription, and the ability to display your GV number as caller ID when making calls.

By now, Google’s latest announcement is old news: there is a new browser in town. Joining Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Internet Explorer is a new guy, by the name of Chrome. Sporting a WebKit foundation (same as the platform Apple built Safari on), as well as a few other enhancements, Chrome promises to be a speed demon.
